It wouldn't hurt to do a manual adjustment of the # K23-478-479 that you just installed, but normally the initial break in process you did gets it tight enough. Another way to speed up the process is to travel at a slower speed like you were doing and repeatedly slide the manual override lever. With every application it should adjust one click tighter.

Yes. You can use the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM45 as a replacement for your AWM965 and it would give you the HDMI and Bluetooth functionality you're seeking. There are not wiring harnesses available to allow a plug and play installation for RVs, but the wiring is fairly straightforward.

If you have not already done so you can adjust the brake pad pressure star wheel to increase the pad pressure on the hub surface. This will increase your braking force. Since it sounds like all the brakes are behaving in the same way (and have the same modest wear) this is most likely the issue.

You made a great choice in the Lippert Components Power Stabilizer Trailer Jack. For starters, all of the jacks measure to be 70-1/2" long with a 3,500 lb weight capacity and have a 30" lift. Mostly because it would be primarily behind the tow vehicle and underneath where the majority of the higher wind would be and because the rack itself is very narrow so it would not obstruct much wind. I spoke to Command Electronics and they indicated that the LED board is most likely going bad if you are getting a strobe effect with the LED RV Interior Light with Switch part # 328-K-1030WSM2. Unfortunately, the LED board is not replaceable so you would need to replace the entire light. In order to remove the lens you would want to take a butterknife and use it to pry between the outer edge of the lens and trim piece. Your cutout is just a little too big for the standard RV entry doors like the part # 295-000019 that you referenced. It would need to be just 1/4 inch smaller in height and width to fit.
